Workout #2 consisted of

1 mile on treadmil. Beat my time by 24 seconds 18:20
1 mile on bike in 4:45
80 Air Punches
40 Wall Pushups
40 Shoulder Presses
40 Tricep Curls
40 Bi-cep curls
60 Bench Presses
10 leg lunges
50 standing jumping jacks
30 medicine ball twists
20 leg lifts (30pds)
10 standing squats



So the past few days I’ve been getting these charlie horses in my abs, right near my rib cage and they hurt like hell. This morning a revelation came to me while on the way to work with the hubs…water! Not drinking enough water. BINGO!!!

They almost made me stop my workout last night but I pushed through. Now if I can just get myself drinking more. I hate the taste of water. I know you can add lemon and what not, but it’s still water…haha



Does anyone have an alternate to tortilla chips to eat with homemade salsa?

40 Wall Pushups
40 Should Presses (3lb bars = 120lbs)
40 Tricep Curls (3lb bar = 120lbs each arm)
65 Bench Presses (10lb bar = 650lbs)
20 Ab cunches
20 Ab Cross Crunches
10 Ab leg lifts
10 Ab Scissor kicks
15 second plank

I’d say I kicked A$$!!! Yay me! And to think tomorrow I do it all over again!



Today is the day for a new start. A start that I should not have let happen, but I am human and well, things happen.
