So after about three weeks of non-workout slump, the hubby got me back into it.
I weighed in yesterday. Gained .6…had a surprise weigh in this morning because let’s face it, I had a cheat day…lost the .6…So I’ll take it.
Went for a workout. I need to work slowly back into my running routine.
Ran on level 4 for 6 mins
Walked on level 3 for 6 mins
Stationary Bike for 2 miles with an average speed of 14.2
Did some strength training:
Butterflies - 2 sets of 20lbs
Bicep Curls - 1set of 15lb
Lat Pull downs - 2 sets of 35lbs
Did some imaginary jump roping for a total of 55 jump ropes
Did some lunges for a total of 20 lunges
Not too shabby. And now I’m drinking my protein shake and I took my multivitamin :)
