Slowly getting back in. Ate ok today. Not enough actually, TONS of protein though. 2 Protein shakes.

4mins running 1min run on level 6 5mins walking 3 miles on the stationary bike Strength training: 15 Oblique pulldowns each side 30lbs bench press - 25 Punch bag boxing Throw down medicine ball 10 times
Not a shabby workout and I am SORE!!! Feels good though….until tomorrow..
