Circuit 3 times
Jump Rope 30 seconds
Arm Crosses 30 seconds
Windmills 30 seconds
Waist Circles 30 seconds
Crunches 1 mins
Reverse Crunches 1 min
Punches 1 min
Laying down butterflies 1 min (using 2lb weights)
Pass the medicine ball 1 min (using 8lb medicine ball)
Then maybe do some running on the dreadmill….not sure if before or after the circuit yet.
So I thought I would blog what I’m eating to keep myself on track. I’m sure it will be pretty boring, lol
Breakfast: Protein shake (2 scoops of protein, strawberries and pineapple, ice and water and chia seeds) and a banana on the side
The protein powder said two scoops and that seemed like an awful lot, so tomorrow I will cut it down to 1 scoop. I had to use water because I forgot my Almond milk :( Booooo

One day I will fit into the smaller sports bras like Nike and Under Armour. Ahhh…another goal of mine. I look at all the clothes I want that I can’t fit into and it pisses me the EFF off. I will fit into pretty smaller clothes again. :)
I’ll admit, it was hard to get up and work out. Well it wasn’t hard waking up, I woke up with my hubby at 5:15, but it was hard not to go back to bed. Those soft pillows and blankets calling my name. I fought it though. So I went to workout. SUCCESS!!!!
I am sore from yesterday but worked through it. Today will be a challenge since I didn’t bring alot to eat for lunch.

I am tired though, I could close my eyes at my desk right now and just nod off. But I won’t.
